For participants requiring a visa to attend the National Conference:

The National Conference organizing committee does not influence the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies or consulates.

The National Conference is not responsible for the issuance of visas. Processing times may vary for each individual, and we strongly recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.

The National Conference cannot intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or embassies.

We will not engage in any discussions or correspondence with MOFA or embassies on behalf of applicants.
